^{1. What is WANNATE® HT-100?}

^{WANNATE® HT-100 (1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate-based polyisocyanate) is a solvent-free aliphatic polyisocyanate based on hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI).}

^{It can be the hardener component for lightfast two-component polyurethane coatings with super chemicals and weathering resistance, excellent gloss retention, and outstanding mechanical properties. Preferred co-reactants are polyacrylates or polyester polyols.}

^{The main applications based on WANNATE® HT-100 are automotive refinishing coating, transportation coating, industrial finishing coating, plastics coating, etc.}

^{2. How to store?}

^{Storage in original container. Protect from moisture, heat, and foreign material.}

^{WANNATE® HT-100 is sensitive to moisture. Storage at higher temperatures may result in increasing in color and viscosity.}

^{It can be thinned with esters, ketones aromatic hydrocarbons such as ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, PMA, acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl isobutyl ketone, cyclohexanone, toluene, xylene, solvent naphtha 100 and mixtures thereof. Generally speaking, it has excellent compatibility with the solvents listed. However, the solutions formed must be tested for their storage stability. Only PU-grade solvents should be used (max.0.05% water, absence of reactive hydroxyl or amino groups). Aliphatic hydrocarbons are not suitable as solvents.}

^{WANNATE® HT-100 is not recommended to be thinned to lower solid content. Prolonged solution storage with a lower range may lead to turbidity, sedimentation, and even gelation.}

^{6). How long is its shelf Life?}

^{WANNATE® HT-100 is sensitive to moisture and must be stored in a tightly sealed container. It can be stored for at least 15 months at temperatures between 0 and 30 °C.}
